Worked with Microsoft Windows, Access, Excel, Word and Crystal Reports to update and report on a remote Oracle 7 database in a client-server setting. Extensive use of Microsoft Outlook to facilitate the communication of information to users throughout the EDS and Xerox community. Used processes to analyze and design report requirements and distribute packaged reports that can be run on the client desktop. Assisted in gathering requirements on many projects. Championed, developed, tested and implemented the CSTS Time Tracking Database, which has been in use since March 1995. Worked in the shipping and receiving department, assisting in the gathering of requirements for the inventory database and developing a solution utilizing Microsoft Access. Generated custom reports as needed by managers and others throughout the EDS and Xerox community.
